You do not need to be an expert of yoga to be able joined the program. If you are a novice, you can still sign up for the yoga retreat because these retreats are usually designed to introduce and enhance one’s foundation in yoga practices. This means that everyone has a chance to learn the exercises as long as your health can manage it.
